i thoroughly enjoyed the room, it was neat and had climate control and effective air conditioning. a bathtub was spacious and everything was well-maintained. the hotel was set in a very central area next to the central station, the subway and karlsplatz.

the location was excellent - it was not far from the station of public transport and close to both the U-bahn and metro station. Secondly, the staff provided excellent service, always being friendly and helpful. And finally, the rooms were comfortable, with a plain yet comfortable bed. this hotel offered good value for money.

We spent Thanksgiving in a small hotel that had a great location, just 20 minutes' walk from the downtown. We enjoyed a self-service mode of operation with staff available anytime by phone. the hotel had a good selection of bread for breakfast and various coffees, with self-service, which we appreciated. the hotel's beds were comfortable and had a selection of different pillows. We also liked the maps of nearby restaurant options.

Daily cleaning was not thorough enough, which left some dust on counters and floors. there is limited safe storage, so not everyone in our party could take advantage of it.
